CORRINE, Chapter 13 Legal Assistant and Office Manager
David’s legal assistant for 27 years as a bankruptcy assistant. Corrine's primary responsibilities are preparing Chapter 13 Plans and documents, working with clients, the Chapter 13 Trustee, and the Bankruptcy Court.
Brandi, Chapter 7, Estate Planning Assistant
Brandi's primary duties are managing post filing Chapter 7 issues, working with Chapter 7 clients, creditors, trustees and Bankruptcy Court. She also prepares estate planning documents, such as wills and trusts.
Wendy, Chapter 11/13 Assistant
Wendy's primary duties are managing post filing pre-and post filing coordination of Chapter 11 documents and reports, working with Chapter 11 clients, creditors, trustees and the Bankruptcy Court. She also assists with Chapter 13 litigation matters.
GINA, Bankruptcy Assistant
Gina's primary duties are gathering, organizing, and coordinating documents and information necessary to prepare and file the bankruptcy case. She arranges for counseling requirements and, where necessary, credit reports.
Krista, Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Krista manages the front desk and telephone, and assists Gina in organizing documents.
RUTH ANN, Bookkeeper
The real boss who keeps David in line. She and David are the parents of six children and soon to be grandparents of eight.

The Law Office of David Carl Hill opened in Port Orchard in 1982. Over the years the focus of the practice has narrowed. We chose to limit our practice to two areas: bankruptcy and Estate Planning. We exclusively help individuals and small businesses navigate through financial hard times. We help clients establish estate plans that allow them to enjoy their assets during their lifetime, knowing that documents are in place to provide an orderly transfer to their heirs.
