KEVIN DECKER, Chapter 7/11 and estate planning assistant
Kevin's primary duties are managing post filing Chapter 7 issues, pre-and post filing coordination of Chapter 11 documents and reports, working with Chapter 7/11 clients, creditors, trustees and the Bankruptcy Court.
GINA BRONSON, bankruptcy assistant
Gina's primary duties are gathering, organizing, and coordinating documents and information necessary to prepare and file the bankruptcy case. She arranges for counseling requirements and, where necessary, credit reports.
RUTH ANN HILL, bookkeeper
The real boss who keeps David in line. She and David are the parents of six children and soon to be grandparents of six.
BECKY BELL, receptionist/legal assistant
As the boss’s daughter, she has been around legal work probably more than she would prefer. She manages the front desk and telephone, and assists Gina in preparation of bankruptcy schedules.
